The Trials of Young Cadius is an ongoing comic project, part of the Infinity Project (no, not that one!) The story follows a scrappy kid with no magic abilities (known as the unenlightened) trying his best to become the strongest soldier from his military academy. Despite the cartoonish looks and at times juvenile jokes, the tone and themes of the story are meant to take a serious look at the realities of war profiteering, child soldiers, and casualties of war..

 

..which just happen to be told through fart jokes.
